Personal screenings each tenant which includes rent verification, job verification, and both credit and criminal reports.
Assistance with the registration of your property with the proper authorities and securing tax license(s) if necessary for your property.
Access to emergency staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week to respond to maintenance emergencies.
Open communication with our clients. You will be able to call or email during business hours and will have to worry about being sent to voicemail.
Coordinations and payment of all repairs and general upkeep to the property
Monthly accounting statements and copies of all bills provided for each property via USPS or online in a secure owner portal.
Secure owner payment via electronic funds transfer directly to a bank account or via USPS using a standard check.
